Category 3 blackwater is a health hazard, not a cleaning job. Our Sewage Cleanup crews arrive in full PPE and follow IICRC S500 protocol from the first step, not just the parts that are convenient.

Containment goes up before extraction starts, because the goal isn't just removing the water, it's making sure contamination doesn't spread into rooms that were never affected.
We'd rather explain the sewage cleanup process clearly upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when sewage cleanup gets handled by a generalist instead of a specialist.
S500 governs PPE, containment, and disposal on every Category 3 call we take.
The affected area gets isolated before removal starts to prevent cross-contamination.
Disposal records are provided as part of your job file.
We treat contamination emergencies with urgency, since delay raises exposure risk.
Every part of sewage cleanup work below carries the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
Classification determines PPE level and which materials must be removed, not left to guesswork.
Extraction happens under full PPE with controlled disposal of the contaminated water.
Carpet, pad, and drywall that contacted blackwater are removed rather than dried in place.
Every surface touched by contaminated water gets treated with hospital-grade antimicrobial solution.
We treat the contamination causing the smell rather than deploying an air freshener.
The space gets verified against a safe standard before we call the job complete.
This is the same sequence every sewage cleanup job follows, regardless of size.
A real person answers, asks a few fast questions, and routes the nearest available crew.
Crews staged locally get to your address quickly, equipment already loaded for Sewage Cleanup work.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
We don't cherry-pick which sewage cleanup jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.
